We developed direct links with people focusing on making a difference in their spiritual/physical/emotional needs, enabling individuals to reach their full potential and live a more wholesome life.
By using the Natural Hair Service website and social media, you agree to the terms and conditions and business policies.
You agree that there will not be any attempt to undermine the integrity of Natural Hair Service.
Natural Hair Service is dedicated to enhancing and promoting hair care to stimulate healthy hair growth.
We work with natural hair, plaiting, twisting and also braiding, and weaving hair extensions, and colouring greys.
A range of products are used during hairstyles for all hair textures. The service uses natural and essential oils and products. You agree that products and services from Natural Hair Service are sold as advertised and sold as seen.
If you have booked a colour service for colouring greys, A skin test 48 hours before colour appointment must be applied to check for allergic reactions or irritations, i.e., swelling, or a rash on your body, which may be sensitive to colour. You agree to the hairdresser’s permission.
Clients under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian's consent to book an appointment and at the address in time of the appointment.
Male Clients must be with a female at the address at the time of the appointment.
The room where the hairdresser is, is to be cleared from animals/pets.
Complaints
Natural Hair Service values clients and is keen to resolve any hair problems at the time of the hair service. If time permits, the hair service can be done to suit the client, so speak with your hairdresser immediately and explain any concern. If your booking time has runout, You can be credited 20% OFF the next service within 3 months.
Cancellation/Refund
To receive a full refund, the hairdresser can cancel your appointment.
The client must cancel their booking within 48 hours of the appointment time and provide written notification to Natural Hair Service. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result part refund of 80% refunded.
Partial refund: You will receive a refund of 80% of the original cost. This means the business is keeping 20% of the total price for business losses.
Rewards
A variety of rewards are put in place to encourage and bring positive development to clients. Helping hair journey improve on a healthy hair regime, bringing good results.
Contributions: These are used to provide services for church, fundraising events, vulnerable, disadvantaged, and low-income families within communities that complement other existing services using GRO2U - God Reaches Out 2 U continuing the mission of 'good deeds help others.'
