Natural Hair Service is dedicated to promoting healthy hair growth and professional hair care. We specialize in:

We work with all hair textures and use a range of natural and essential oil-based products. All products and services are sold as advertised and as seen.

Colour Services & Skin Test

For grey-colouring services:

• A mandatory skin test must be completed 48 hours before the appointment

• This checks for allergic reactions such as swelling or rashes

• By proceeding, you agree to the hairdresser’s professional judgment

• ​

Client Requirements

• Clients under 18 must have parent or guardian consent and be present at the appointment address

• Male clients must have a female present at the address during the appointment

• The service room must be free from animals/pets

• ​

Respect & Conduct

You agree not to undermine the integrity of Natural Hair Service in any way. We maintain a respectful, professional, and safe environment for all clients.

Complaints & Adjustments

We value our clients and aim to resolve concerns during the service where possible.

• Please speak with your hairdresser immediately if you have concerns​

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full refund: If the hairdresser cancels your appointment

• Client cancellation: Must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment with written notification

• Late cancellation (under 48 hours): 80% refund (20% retained for business losses)​

Rewards Programme

We offer rewards to encourage positive hair journeys and healthy hair regimes, supporting long-term results.

Community Contributions

We support churches, fundraising events, and vulnerable or low-income families through GRO2U – God Reaches Out 2 U, continuing the mission that “good deeds help others.”

• Upfront payment required for all bookings

• Accepted methods: Online Payments/BACS/PayPal

• Manual bank transfer allowed within 48 hours after booking
