📋 TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking or using Natural Hair Service, our website or social media platforms, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Business Policies.

🎨 COLOUR SERVICES & SKIN TEST

For grey-colouring services:

A mandatory skin test must be completed at least 48 hours before the appointment.
The test helps identify possible allergic reactions, including swelling, irritation or rashes.
Clients must disclose any known allergies or relevant sensitivities before treatment.
The hairdresser reserves the right to refuse or postpone a colour service where it is professionally considered unsafe to proceed.

👧🏾 CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

Clients under 18 must have parent/guardian consent.
A parent or guardian must be present at the appointment address for clients under 18.
Male clients must have a female present at the appointment address during the service.
The service room must be free from animals and pets.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their hair history, allergies and previous treatments.

🤝 RESPECT & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Natural Hair Service is committed to providing a respectful, professional and safe environment.

Clients are expected to treat the hairdresser, equipment and service environment with respect.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to discontinue a service where professional standards, safety or respectful conduct cannot be maintained.

💬 COMPLAINTS & ADJUSTMENTS

We value our clients and aim to provide a high-quality service.

If you have a concern, please speak with your hairdresser during the appointment or as soon as possible afterwards, giving us the opportunity to understand and resolve the matter.

💳 PAYMENTS & BOOKINGS

All appointments require upfront payment.

Payment should be made within 48 hours of booking to secure your appointment.

❌ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Hairdresser Cancellation

If Natural Hair Service cancels your appointment, a full refund will be provided.

Client Cancellation

Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the appointment and must be provided in writing.

Cancellation Under 48 Hours

Where a client cancels with less than 48 hours' notice:

80% REFUND

20% will be retained to cover business losses and appointment preparation costs.

Rewards may be offered for qualifying activities, bookings, referrals or promotional campaigns.

Terms of individual rewards and promotions may vary and will be communicated at the time of the offer.

📸 PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

We love celebrating beautiful hairstyles and hair journeys.

Photographs and videos may be used for business marketing, promotional materials and social media only where the client has provided appropriate verbal or written consent.

Clients may withdraw future marketing consent by contacting Natural Hair Service.
