Welcome to Natural Hair Service.  Natural Hair Service offers professional care and support for maintaining healthy natural hair through specialised treatments, styling, and growth-focused services.  We are committed to supporting individuals’ spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being, helping them reach their full potential and live a wholesome life.

By using our website, social media platforms, and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Business Policies.

Our Services

Natural Hair Service is dedicated to promoting healthy hair growth and professional hair care. We specialise in:

• Natural hair care

• Plaiting, twisting, and braiding

• Weaving hair extensions

• Colouring greys

We work with all hair textures and use a range of natural and essential oil-based products. All products and services are sold as advertised and as seen.

Colour Services & Skin Test

For grey-colouring services:

• A mandatory skin test must be completed 48 hours before the appointment

• This checks for allergic reactions such as swelling or rashes

• By proceeding, you agree to the hairdresser’s professional judgment

• ​

Client Requirements

• Clients under 18 must have parent or guardian consent and be present at the appointment address

• Male clients must have a female present at the address during the appointment

• The service room must be free from animals/pets

• ​

Respect & Conduct

You agree not to undermine the integrity of Natural Hair Service in any way. We maintain a respectful, professional, and safe environment for all clients.

Complaints & Adjustments

We value our clients and aim to resolve concerns during the service where possible.

• Please speak with your hairdresser immediately if you have concerns​

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full refund: If the hairdresser cancels your appointment

• Client cancellation: Must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment with written notification

• Late cancellation (under 48 hours): 80% refund (20% retained for business losses)​

• ​

Rewards Programme

We offer rewards to encourage positive hair journeys and healthy hair regimes, supporting long-term results.

Community Contributions

We support churches, fundraising events, and vulnerable or low-income families through GRO2U – God Reaches Out 2 U, continuing the mission that “Good deeds help others.”

Make your hair service payments within 48 hours after booking

• Upfront payment required for all bookings

• Accepted methods: PayPal/Online Payments ie Bankers' Automated Clearing Services (BACS) - Manual bank transfer

[Registered Participant] (“the Releasor”)

1. Background

A. The Releasor has agreed to participate in, contribute to, or be involved with: (“the Activity/Event/Project”).

B. The Recipient wishes to obtain the Releasor’s consent and release in connection with the Activity/Event/Project.

Consent

The Releasor hereby freely and voluntarily consents to:

participation in the Activity/Event/Project;

the use of their name, image, voice, statements, photographs, video recordings, and likeness;

publication, reproduction, distribution, livestreaming, or promotional use in print, digital, social media, broadcast, or other formats. This consent applies worldwide and for lawful organisational, educational, promotional, ministry, or administrative purposes.

Release

The Releasor releases and forever discharges the Recipient, including all volunteers, and assigns from:

• all claims; demands; liabilities; damages; actions; and causes of action arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Activity/Event/Project.

 

Waiver of Approval

The Releasor waives any right to inspect, review, or approve any published materials or media content before use.

No Compensation 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Releasor acknowledges that no payment, royalty, or compensation shall be due for the use of materials or participation covered.

Data Protection

Your personal data is used solely for:

• Client records and service history

• Future services

• Emergency awareness by family members

We respect your privacy and handle data responsibly, shared by direct family members.
