1.  Rules of Conduct

By using the Natural Hair Service website and social media, you agree to the terms and conditions and business policies. 

​You agree that there will not be any attempt to undermine the integrity of Natural Hair Service. 

You agree that you will not attempt harm to the hairdresser/hair stylist/hair braider, and you must lock away pets, and animals when the hairdresser/hair stylist/hair braider is present. 

 

Natural Hair Service will not tolerate any abuse at any point and will seek to resolve issues of any reported problems.

​ 2.  Mobile Booking Appointment

 

You can make a booking online or with the assistance of Natural Hair Service.  

If you have multiple bookings, when adding to the cart, You are to calculate the time of the first session to book another available time for the next session.   Natural Hair Service is happy to assist you with the booking by booking your appointment.

You agree male clients must have a female present during the hair appointment.

Any child under 18 must have their parents or guardian present during the hair appointment.  

 

You agree with permission to apply products to your hair.

HAIR CONSULTATION USING HAIR COLOUR/DYE

Hair Regime/Preferences/ Permission

When booking a colour choose option A or B and place it on the booking form under - Please state any additional information needed necessary

A.
Colour: A skin test 48 hours before the colour appointment must be applied to check for allergic reactions or irritations, i.e., swelling, or a rash on your body, which may be sensitive to colour. You agree to the hairdresser’s permission. A new client must use a hair service and have the product ready for a skin test before the colour appointment. 

B.

Colour/Brought Chemical Product Permission: colour 48 hours skin test was advised but the client skip the test and permitted bleach/colour/brought their own chemical product to be applied by the hairdresser. You agree to the hairdresser’s permission to apply the product on your hair

Your discount can be gifted to someone.  Please confirm it in the booking. Each service or product order is itemized and you will receive a confirmation.  

Whenever there is adverse weather conditions i.e  snowfall, heavy rain, weather conditions, transportation is limited.Natural Hair Service has the right to booking cancellations

3.  CHANGES FROM THURSDAY 27TH JANUARY 2022.

Clients

  • From 27 January, there is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering. People are still advised to wear one in crowded indoor spaces where they may come into contact with people they do not normally meet.

You agree to prevent infection, viruses transmission, you will not book an appointment with the hairdresser/hair stylist/hair braider when coughing and sneezing and wear a face mask if this is happening during the appointment.

Natural Hair Service

Preventative and safety measures using some Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).  We practice to use hand sanitiser and disposable items i.e. gloves, apron, cape, and other; i.e face mask when necessary.

​4.  Shop

Natural Hair Service promotes healthy hair growth.  

The service uses natural and essential oils and products.  

You agree to products and services from Natural Hair Service are sold as advertised and sold as seen.  Items can be added to cart when booking your service.

5.  Methods of Payments

Upfront Payment is required for all bookings.  Payment can be made via Card/ Paypal/Bank transfer BACS payment

Pay down:  2 down payments can be deposited within 48 hours.

Manual Payment:

Bank transfer BACS payment.  ​

6.  Payment/Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund

At least 48 hours notice is required for any cancellation. 

Whenever there is adverse weather conditions i.e  snowfall, heavy rain, weather conditions, transportation is limited.

Natural Hair Service has the right to booking cancellations.

If the hairdresser/hair stylist/hair braider cancels your appointment and you made payment(s) to a service, you are guaranteed 100% refunded to you.  If you pay for a service that was not done on the day, your payment will be refunded to you.  You can make added payment for added services on the day if there is an available space.

If the client has made payment and cancels after 48 hours of the appointment, 50% will be refunded back to the client.  If cancellation was never reported, the client looses full payment.

​7.  Your file and contents

Clients under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian's consent to book an appointment. 

Privacy Notice

According to the GDPR General Data Protection Regulation, your data will be stored safely and used at the individual’s request.

We would like to contact you with information on services, projects, and offers on other products which may be of interest to you.

The information may be private and confidential with attachments intended only for the use of the individual to whom it is addressed. If you are not the addressee you may not copy, forward, disclose or use any part of it. If you have received this message in error, please delete it and all copies from your system and notify the sender immediately by return email.

Your personal data is used only for client records/history of the services as well as for future services and seen by family members to know my whereabouts and in case of an emergency.

Natural Hair Service is fully compliant with payments made. Data provided using our online booking and invoicing system is shared with third-party family members to know my whereabouts and in case of an emergency.

Photographs or videos are used for marketing purposes only and verbal/written consent is obtained before taking and sharing the video/photograph online.

Client records are used mainly for contact booking and mobile appointments, discounts providing marketing material that you have agreed to receive, by our data protection policy, and services such as product orders from clients.

 You agree Natural Hair Service/GRO2U cannot be held responsible for any resulting loss or damages of any nature whatsoever and however, arising.  You acknowledge and agree to release from liability for risks connected, accidental injury, or illness that may be incurred as a result of a provided service.   You agree to disclose anything we should know about.  

 

You agree to keep your records held by Natural Hair Service updated so you can be contacted in the event of any change relating to your appointment.
